If upon receiving a product from our online store you find a manufacturing defect or the product does not correspond to the characteristics specified by us (color, shape, material, etc.), you have the right to request a return or exchange of the item.

To properly and without problems process the return/exchange of the product, the following conditions must be met:

  • Do not damage or alter the packaging, only original packaging will be accepted;
  • Do not use the product, as signs of use and various damages may remain. If such signs are present, the product is not eligible for return/exchange;
  • All components must be present;
  • Provide all documents: receipt, instruction manual, warranty card, tags (if any).

Cases when return/exchange of the product is not possible:

  • If you have left damage on the original packaging or it is completely absent;
  • If you have used the product and left damage and other signs of use on it;
  • If you have returned the product without the full set of components.

If you have found a manufacturing defect on the product you received, you should:

  • Call the phone number provided on the website of the online store within 14 days of receiving the product, after which our manager will contact you;
  • All funds spent on purchasing the product will be fully refunded along with transportation costs;
  • When exchanging the product for one that exceeds its value, the buyer must make an additional payment;
  • In case the selected product for exchange is not available in stock, the online store Jitnik.com.ua is obliged to provide it to you within 2 months.

If the selected product does not match your order or expectations, you should know the following rules:

  • The product is eligible for return/exchange if it does not match the phone size, is not the color you selected, or if you are not satisfied with the quality of the product you selected;
  • If such reasons exist, it is worth calling and processing the return/exchange within 14 days from the date of receiving the product;
  • When exchanging/returning the product, the customer must provide information about the shipment to the online store 1Jitnik.com.ua;
  • When returning the product, the online store is obliged to refund its full value; transportation costs are paid by the customer;
  • During the exchange of the product, the buyer pays for its transportation.
